Watt Capital Developers is investing in a large tract of land in west Lancaster, CA, comprising of 250 lots averaging 4,500 square feet per lot. The land is a few miles from the I-14 and nearby rapidly expanding housing projects for affordable single-family homes in the area. Once the lots are complete, WCD plans to pre-sell the finished lots to active home builders in the market.
