Minsuk Oh leads the investment team at Watt Capital, focusing on real estate acquisitions, development, investment strategy, and capital markets. His experience spans investment banking, institutional asset management, real estate investment, and development across multiple property sectors.
Prior to Watt Capital, Minsuk held roles at Essex Property Trust, Royal Bank of Scotland, UBS, and Goldman Sachs. He holds both an MBA and a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Yonsei University.
